These guys are really good at massages. The massage therapist were very professional and asked if my wife or I needed to go over another spot or if there were any other spots. I lost track of time and was treated we so much care. Thank you. We will be rebooking. I noticed the majority of the complaints are about booking and not the actual massage. How about trying their massage before giving bad ratings. 😀

I bought a Groupon to this place a while ago. I've been trying to book an appointment for a few weeks but cannot seem to get a call or email back. Their number goes straight to a voicemail and I've emailed them using their website, but have gotten nothing in return. They also require a card when booking online when I have already paid the Groupon voucher, which does not seem right. This is why I was trying to contact them to confirm this. I don't think the issue with this place is the services, it's the communication. Definitely recommend they hire someone to work these issues out. Would have loved to actually get a massage, but I did a trade-in because it became too much work to book everything.

I accidentally left a $5 bill when I tipped instead of a $50, and didn't realize it. I was out shopping when I noticed I had repeated missed calls. I answered it the third time and it was the owner. She scolded me, was very rude and disrespectful, and told me to never come back. I've never been so shocked and appalled by a company's behavior. They seemed so professional and kind in person, but on the phone it was a different story. They seemed like really nice people, but they're unprofessional and downright mean. It was a complete accident, but she made me feel soooo low. P.S. If she contacts me again (over anything, including this review) I'll report her for harassment.

My husband and I were very pleased with our massages and the owner as well as her employees courteous behavior. This is the second couples massage that we've had there and will continue to give them our business. Thank you Ms T!

Bought a Groupon and can’t seem to get in contact with anyone via email or phone to ask questions or schedule. They request you schedule online and give credit card info, which I refuse to do considering I already purchased. Reading reviews I am sure this is because they want to insure a tip. I am trying to get a massage to de-stress not stress myself out trying to schedule one. Trading Groupon in, wouldn’t recommend the hassle.
