I have had a great resident experience at The Sutherland. Move-in was seamless. The few issues I have encountered were remedied promptly. The building staff at The Sutherland are always accommodating and kind.

The staff was really helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Furthermore, the company is experienced and it can be trusted. As an international student, these are very important for me. However, we are lacking of recycling facilities in the building.

Nothing but the best so far. Super friendly and helpful staff. I had my kitchen sink get clogged and put in a service request at 10:00 AM, when I got home 2 hours later, it was unclogged and a note was left.

Was told Friday by a woman at the desk of the 53rd St office that I could move in early (2 days before my initial move in date) and would be sent new lease papers to sign the next day. Called the next day and spoke to a guy named Dustin who said "Oops you were given wrong information." I ended up having to scramble to find a place because the hostel that I was in was booked. So literally for a few hours I didn't even know where I was gonna sleep that night. I ended up way at a motel by O'Hare airport that takes an hour for me to get to work. I had also got the lights and gas on as well as had scheduled an appointment for the internet guy to come. I called and talked to management about it a few days later and he basically said oops as well. No type of compensation or anything. I'm locked into a 1 year contract with them already but best believe after my year I will not do business with MAC Properties again and I will share all over the land how they treat people.

Great property management. Moving into an amazing place they showed us and they have been nothing but helpful.
