I'm glad I'm not staying here anymore not worth stayin here .. waste of money.   Finding a better place.   I don't have to see the stupid ass  . people like neighbors.

Worse apartment ever!! I was paying 962.00 a month and the place was shabby. I should have known when first day I moved in I had a water leak in bedroom.  The heat when burn you up and if you turn down it doesn't work.  After really looking around, I started to see that this place wasnt worth the price, the paint has been applied over and over one on top of another.  You see all kinds of cracks in the walls and the floor isnt real wood its the flooring that you get on a sheet....the apartment is so very small and you really do smell the restaurants around there and it isnt nice. I regret now not paying attention and signing the lease after seeing it briefly once. I was so excited to move to Hyde Park I didn't do a thorough look and paid for it. I did like the area and being in walking distance to everything.  I loved being able to buzz people in by my phone. The wifi never worked for me though,  it was always down when I was in the lobby. The gym is ok and the laundry was a bit high. Overall for me its not worth it, looking around now I see more updated places than that and for less. Also,  a little bit after I moved in they called themselves updating the kitchens but all I see was no counter space,  less than before which was almost none. I couldn't believe they left me without a kitchen sink for two days and only received a temporary one because I complained,  I mean who does that, leave you without a sink. Kesha was fine until I complained and then she gave me attitude.  I would say Run but thats just my opinion.

This is a very lovely apartment in Hyde Park Chicago. Good maintenance. Clean and spacious room. You can choose whether you'd like it furnished. The manager and attendants are all very kind, warm and supportive to the tenants. I've been living here for 2 years. Totally satisfied. The location of this apartment is also the best. Everything you need is convenient:: near to the grocery store, CVS and many restaurants. Walking distance to the bus stop...I also like the sun desk on the roof, you can also watch the  national day's firework on it! All of my friends who has visited me here like my apartment.
