Awful management co. They don't know what they are doing. They co-mingle condo assessment monies for all their properties they contract to manage. They do no structural maintenance. They keep no records of co tractors engaged. The collection lawyer they use should be sued for malpractice. I could go on and on.

Our association used McKey & Poague's management for over ten years. Our relationship continually deteriorated as the quality of their service declined. They made major errors in our financials, costing us thousands in fees and huge headaches for our board as we tried to figure out what was going on. Their office is slow to respond and combative about simple issues, always trying to place blame instead of just addressing problems. I would stay clear of this company if you are a board considering it for management. Try Parker-Holsman instead.

Wally in the Hyde Park office is a terrible property manager. Maintenance and upkeep of Drexel Townhones property is not being done and when you call to complain about the lack of service, he is nonchalant. He does not respond to complaints nor does he check to see if the work is being done. Who do we complain to when the property manager is not doing his job. I believe everyone has someone to answer to so who do we go to about him. Trash is all over the place, lawn care is none. This place has no maintenence and his espoused is that someone is supposed to be doing the maintenance. Who did you contract with and do not pay them for work that is not being done. This is sensible business practice. Not by him. Horrible manager would not recommend him at all. Does not cone out to the site to see if work is being done despite of numerous complaints. It is time for new property management at Drexel Townhomes, as well as an audit of its finances and a replacement of the board.

Handled the management for the condo association where I lived a number of years ago and did a decent job.
