Delicious Irish pub fare! The service is a little slow compared to a chain restaurant but if you know that going into it it's no big deal. The food is well worth the wait! I highly recommend the corned beef and cabbage! The atmosphere is very fun and Irish feeling

I have been going to MacCools since they opened. I have always been treated amazingly. Though some of their recipes have changed over the years, I have yet to have anything I didn't enjoy. With the size of the portions, you definitely get your money's worth. They have great lamb and the best burgers I have ever had.

Food was NOT authentic, and the service was slow and mediocre. They were out of traditional shepherds pie, so I got the buffalo shepherds pie (good ingredients, but not Irish). The mashed potatoes were smothered in cheese, which you’ll never find it like that in Ireland. I ordered a beer towards the end and it never came. When I pointed it out to the server, instead of bringing me my beer, she comes back with a discounted check 5 minutes later. I don’t know what upset me more, the fact that I didn’t get one last delicious pint of Guinness, or that she thought I was cheap enough to haggle her for a stupid discount. Keep your $6.99, I’ll take my Guinness please!

I love this restaurant.  The management, food & staff are great and very familiar with their food / beer / alcohol selections.  Great drink menu.  Nice atmosphere, though can be chilly if you're not sitting in the right areas.  Big downside-every time I go, they're out of at least 2 items, some times more.

The fish and chips was good, other than the piece of steel wool I found in the batter. Luckily the manager gave us an employee discount on that one entree, taking a meal for two (with alcohol) from 80 bucks to 70 bucks. *This is all sarcasm BTW*. The only thing that raised this 1 star experience to 2 stars was the beer selection, too bad our seemingly 12 year old waiter didn't know anything about the beer selection. I have more to share, but I'll stop there. Do not eat here.
