Absolutely worst rental company.... Literally only in business because they're in a college town. If i could give ZERO stars i honestly would. I don't recommend them unless you like more stress added in your already stressful college life

I stayed in 2 different homes during my 2 years with Macomb Rentals. The staff is VERY nice and professional. Maintenance always was very quick with getting things fixed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. If any problem occurs it's your problem to fix it and you will also get charged for it. When I talk to them no one knows what is going on. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

*********PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS****************
Experience was horrible, we were over charged for a house that they didn't even renovate when we were next on the lease to sign up and lease for a full school year. They cleaned the carpets yeah, but the doors were broken, the cabinets were broken, showers fell apart and toilet seats weren't put together, there are also HOLES and CRACKS in all the walls and bedrooms so enjoy the bug life in full force and effect, two heads of the stove didn't work, it has two ovens which are very undersized and only 1 of them works without going on the fritz, no central air conditioning so if you lease in the summer, enjoy a sauna of a room and house, when they come to renovate the place they do a half ass job and leave it a mess for example our ceiling was leaking badly, so we called them and they drilled holes in the ceiling to control where the leak flowed but left the cut outs and sawdust everywhere on the floor. These leasers are money hungry and will give you a good show to lie about how they provide care and service when you partner with them, I highly suggest not even calling Macomb Rentals if you want a place to stay, very low quality of business and etiquette for a very high quantity of rent they demand, oh yeah on a  side note, we have MOLD ON OUR WALLS, and they have refused to clean that up, it was here prior to us moving in.

One of the employees can be very aggressive and impulsive yet lacks sufficient communication skills to efficiently handle customer service. The rest of the employees are exceptional and very understanding​ with tenants.
