They are the worst place in the world. They will move you in to a house that has problem after problem and charge for those problems when moving out. Our basement was flooded when we moved in and the attic was it’s own garbage dump. They did nothing to clean it up. If you want to get screwed over I recommend using them.

This will be my third school year renting from STC and it's been the best renting experience ever. I've never had a problem with them and when a problem/situation does arises, they've been very helpful and understanding. Their renting prices are reasonable and their properties look good. They are wonderful people and I would highly recommend renting from them.

The staff has been willing to work with me through hard times. They care about their customers. I have been with them for 3 years and will continue to rent there until I buy.

I would have given 0 if possible. Had absolutely terrible times with them 2 years in a row. Everything about them is very unprofessional and takes full advantage of young college students. I would try to avoid them at all costs they suck you in a you will receive now of your safety deposit and you will owe extra. Just fully unruly and extremely hard to work with. So unfortunate how many homes they own on campus because so many students get screwed every year.
