Westen Investments has been very good to me and my roommates ever since we moved into our apartment. The people are very friendly and easy to deal with, and service requests are  dealt with in a timely manner.

Friendly landlord and staff. Most maintenance requests are carried out in a timely manner by competent workers. If you  plan to re-sign for another year you will need to do so very early on in your original renting period, which is foolish, but overall the best place for students to rent from.

Holly the building Manager does not communicate good at all. & Western investments are stealing from college students. My daughter is one of the students Monique . The heat didn't work there for a couple of weeks and the dryer wasn't working, she was not able to wash her clothes, and was freezing in her home.

They charge an extreme amount of late fees for everything. Do not rent from them they really rip off college students and barely give any of the deposit back! They do this to all of their renters! Most of their renters are students.

These people are rip off they dont fix things in a timely manner and charge extreme late fees expecting the college kids to be able to pay them they are students they dont deserve this school should be fun and stress free... very unsatisfied
