Best and LARGEST lobster roll on the island. Hefty warm roll filled with chilled, large chunks of lobster salad. So amazing I wanted to go back for another. If you really want to treat yourself, get the frozen Arnold Palmer frozen lemonade with iced tea or the old school Stewart’s root beer.

Oh lordy. Inflation has hit this place the hardest: A chicken patty which used to be an entire breast, minimal cheese, and a drizzle of the secret sauce. A LIGHT DRIZZLE. The bun just wasn’t even the same - cheap and stale.The 1.5 pieces of bacon were the microwaveable ones it seemed. To top it off, it was $18 and change. No fries, just a mini bag of sea salt Cape Cod chips. More expensive met with poorer quality than previous summers. I really hope this is addressed as the season begins.  - A disappointed regular

Egg and cheese on an everything bagel was incredible. We got it twice for breakfast on our trip. The bagel was soft and sweet and toasted well. Simple, solid menu, easily accessible

Was looking for a quick bite to eat to tide me over before a late dinner and very happy I walked in here. Food was made fresh and very quickly within 5 minutes. The chicken sandwich is probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. No idea why the reviews here aren't higher. Definitely recommend

Lovely location. lovely Indoor sitting area and outdoor patio with many tables. Good macchiato. Friendly stuff.

Breakfast sandwiches are good.   Great quick breakfast stop with great frozen Arnold Palmers and breakfast burritos and sandwiches.   The sausage and egg is excellent.

This was the worst food I have ever eaten and to top it off it was over 50 dollars for 2 people where the amount of food could have fed a toddler and the quality could be served to prison inmates.
