We purchased two new mattresses and one base at Macy’s in Cherry Hill. Jack our sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. My husband who is a is a disabled veteran and myself find it difficult to get into the bed with the 9 inch base. We called the next day to try and Exchange for a lower profile base. We understood we would have to pay a delivery charge of $65. Macy’s told us that we would have to pay $170 to exchange our base, this is unacceptable. We have spent more than $20,000 in the past two years at Macy’s and we expected better. This will be my final purchase at Macys.

If you are in search of a rug, go see Gary in the maple shade location! He helped us pick out a beautiful rug for our new home! He was not pushy about sales and he was very knowedgeable about the products! He explained the polcies and answered all the questions we had! He even was kind enough to carry the rug to my car for me despite it being freezing out! Awesome experience, and 5 Star customer service!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! My husband and I were on the hunt for an affordable sectional for our living room but unfortunately we were disappointed by many of our local furniture stores. Macy's exceeded our expectations! The selection was wonderful and our salesman, Joe was top notch. Macy's was the only furniture store we actually felt comfortable in and when it was time to talk prices there was no haggling or pressure to make the sale right then and there. Bought the couch on a Sunday and since the sectional pieces were in stock we were able to get it delivered 6 days later. The delivery truck arrived before their expected time which was a major plus for us! We couldn't be happier and we'll definitely be back!

Justin was extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a rug for my office which I love. I’ll be back for other rooms - great quality & great price.

Great quality furniture at reasonable prices, I can honestly say one of the best galleries in the Cherry Hill Area.
