The Western Pest team in the Maple Shade office are great. They solve problems the first time and forever!!

5 months and 15 visits later we still have squirrels in our attic, looking past their inability to solve our pest problems my biggest issue with this company was their customer service. My wife and I both took time off work to make sure we were home for them to inspect/set traps, and on multiple occasions they were a no show. When we called to query, the receptionist acted like it was no big deal and just tried to schedule a new time. They always sent a different pest guy, so each visit was the same round of questions with minimal inspection and no results. In the end their only real solution was to put up a trap. They never made a real effort to solve the problem until our landlord wrote them a poor review 4 months after their first visit. Their manager got involved and had the service supervisor come out (who had been out before) he then did an actual inspection and found where the squirrels were getting in. They put up a one-way door and told us to fix the spot in a few weeks. They made it clear to us that we were no longer their top priority since they had been out to our house so many times, it was basically wasting their time and money. Since the one-way door was installed 3 weeks ago we have not heard from the company (we assumed they'd check in to make sure our problem was solved). If I could give less than 1 star I would. I understand if they are unable to catch a squirrel, but I'm not ok with their lack of respect for the customer. Never once did they apologize for the no-shows, also they never offered a refund for being unable to catch the squirrels.
