Horrible customer service. The sales woman was not helpful at all during my sister-in-law's bridal appointment. Instead of helping us pull dresses that she thought my sister-in-law would like, the saleswoman was in the back of the store talking to her co-worker for half the appointment. And when it was time to try on the dresses we pulled, the sales rep just stood by the fitting room door and watched my sister-in-law put on and take off the wedding dresses herself. To top it off, when my sister-in-law was describing another dress she liked from a different bridal salon, the sales woman just responded with "Well sounds like you found the one." I had a similar poor experience last year when I was looking for my own wedding dress but thought I just had a lazy saleswoman that day and figured we could give the store another try. Unfortunately this store proved me wrong. I think this bridal salon just hires horrible sales people who are lazy, have very little knowledge about wedding dresses, and have zero interest in helping out the customer. Even if I had found my dream dress at Rena Elle Couture, I'd purchase the dress from a different bridal salon because I do not believe these sales women deserve the commission. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time and just go to a different bridal salon.....I wish we did.

If I could rate this place no stars I would!!  My sons prom date purchased a dress from this place, she went to pick the dress up and notice a hole in the dress and was told she could bring it in on Wednesday to get it fixed. She gets there today and was told they’re not fixing the dress unless she has it altered with them for 225.00!!!! Mine you they’re the ones who put the hole in the dress. This place is absolutely ridiculous!!!

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Never in my life, after being in 7 wedding's, have I experienced what I went through at Rena "Ripoff" Elle Couture. The bridal party found dresses here, all around the 250+ price which was completely fine (there were 4 of us so you can imagine they were getting a hefty sale between all of us) going through the final decision, we were measured to be matched with sizing according to the designer's size chart, ya know the usual, mind you this is when you are putting complete trust into the person sizing you hoping they get it right..NOPE. When my dress came in and tried it on for the first time, it wouldn't zip up all the way! Now feeling a bit self conscious, I said Ok fine we can just let it out..NOPE the seamstress said she couldn't do anything. I then was re-measured (which we did a total of 4 times basically to see if i gained weight to make it to be my fault but NOPE lost an inch or 2 so it was for sure on them) I then told them Ok fine just exchange it for the next size up..NOPE she said there were no returns/exchanges and wanted me to PAY ANOTHER 250 BUCKS FOR ANOTHER ONE!! That would make it close to 600 bucks for a dress that doesn't fit and a dress that would probably need alterations anyway which I would have most likely had to pay for because that's how they are. NOPE NOT HAPPENING! There is no knowledge, customer service let alone a care in the world at this place, they only want your money (even if it was their fault) Long story short, I took my non-fitting dress to BRIDAL MANOR where they were soooo helpful and CARING, they even gave me OPTIONS for alterations! 30 buck's later, I have my lovely fitting bridesmaid dress all ready for my sister's wedding on Saturday!!

Christina is awesome. The other staff, not so much. My sister in law got her bridesmaid dresses here... I was measured wrong and my dress was ordered as a size 10 (i’m a size 16). Then, my wedding gown was placed under the wrong persons name and it was sitting at the shop for 4 months without me being notified.

My bridesmaids went to order their gown and were told their information was lost and they could not order their dresses. Thankfully, Christina found all the information and fixed everything for us. 

Overall, I wouldn’t come back.

Wonderful salon! I cannot say enough about how great this salon is; the service, the ambiance ; professionalism were all impeccable. The couture gowns are amazing and the prices are very reasonable.  I absolutely love this salon!!
