The worst experience ever from a furniture store from start to finish. Do not waste your time and money here. To make it short, our experience is it’s salesperson Tony was horrible, ended up talking to the store manager Scott, who was so apologetic to begin with and offered us a gift card of $150 so at least that’d bring us back to Macy’s. Never received it. Nothing more to talk about the place and their service.

Great selection of furniture, but that's about it, i would check the furniture i need and then order it online.

Poor quality leather furniture. We are on our third attempt at getting all the pieces we want without any manufacturing defects. This is the last attempt before we return the entire livingroom set. Macy's mode of operation seems to be to deliver you defective furniture ,then try to talk you into accepting a repair technician to come to assess your "brand new" furniture. We aren't particularly picky people but the defects are unacceptable. It would be nice to get what we paid for. more........ FIVE DELIVERIES, EXCHANGES, AND A TECHNICIAN TO ADD STUFFING TO BRAND NEW PIECE..finally have decent pieces after weeks and weeks. DO NOT shop here. and especially do not purchase the Myars livingroom..it will all be delivered with sub-standard quality issues !

placed an order on 4/7/17 and was told it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery since we ordered a special color. It is now the 4th week and no call or email on eta. Called customer service myself and was told they had an eta of 6/4/17 to be delivered at warehouse then it will take another few days to set up an actual delivery date, adding up to over 2 months. We placed order in hopes of having the sofa sectional before we brought home newborn baby. We have guests coming over to visit and I am unable to walk upstairs to my room since I will be having a scheduled cesarean. The sectional is where I planned on staying with baby until I healed. This is now a major set back and the customer service this far has been horrible. Each rep I have spoke to just keeps saying they "do not know" or " there is nothing we can do" but when the sales associate was selling us the coach and making a pretty penny off commission they failed to mention that the experience with Macy's furniture would be a nightmare. NEVER ORDERING FROM MACYS AGAIN!!!

Honestly the worst experience i've ever had. That's not an exaggeration. The sales people were inattentive and rude. The couch came 2 months late. There was no communication and they billed me TWICE. I will NEVER buy from Macy's again. Don't bother calling into this location because you cant get a live person on the phone. It just links to an answering machine and they don't call you back. Why hasn't Macy's gone under yet? They're overpriced and run by idiots.
