I went to this location and the manager Tom was great. He helped us with everything we needed and had a relaxed feel to his service. He gave us space and time to shop without being pushy. The store itself had a great selection and just overall a wonderful experience. And Tom made us feel better about spending the money for a new bed. Would recommend greatly

My wife and I easily spent over an hour, maybe even two, trying out many beds, multiple times each. The store manager, Tom, was very friendly, patient, and unobtrusive that whole time while still being very helpful in guiding us from one mattress to the next depending on our reaction to the previous mattress. In fact, I went to the store on two different days because my wife wasn't with me the first time; Tom didn't try any high pressure sales tactics when I walked out without a mattress that first time, which I appreciated. The mattress was delivered two days after we purchased it (it could've been the next day but we were busy that day) and everything went smoothly and we're happily sleeping on our new bed. I would definitely recommend working with Tom at this Mattress Firm location to anyone looking for mattresses.

Tom the manager was so helpful and friendly. He wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered without following us around the store and pushing us to buy something just to make a sale. He was there when we needed him and was in no way an overbearing sales person. That's not something you see very often. He made buying a new bed a really simple and enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend this location!

I was shopping for a mattress on a budget and I was fortunate enough to have Tom, the manager help us secure everything we needed. Although we didn’t have a lot to spend, he treated us with patience and the utmost importance. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the products in stock and made me feel confident that I was choosing the right mattress and box spring according to our needs. There are many places to buy mattresses but I’d go out of my way to visit this location ONLY!

I could not be happier with my experience. Brian the assistant manager was the nicest sales person dealt with. he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went way out of his way to help me find the best mattress. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know. Thanks for all your help Brian
