My Sears washing machine has been broken since APRIL.  Can't get anyone back here to fix it.  They didn't even show up for the 3rd repair, and it's still in pieces. Incompetence and HORRIBLE customer service.  Spoken to at least a dozen people, and no one knows or cares to fix it.  Go somewhere else more reliable.

Worst customer service ever. Have been trying to call an associate to figure out when I can pick up my item and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I tried calling the central customer service number and they were no help either, and could not find my mattress that I ordered.  No wonder they are going out of business.

Sears sucks!!!!!  Poor customer service, poor attitude towards the customers.  Then they wonder why they are going bankrupt!!!  I will never spend another dime in there stores.
