Not the first time I've been there. But I had to ask for where was what this time. They were very friendly and professional and helpful. Instead of telling me to go this way and that way they actually showed me. Great customer service was shown today, thank you.

Worst customer service in the Cielo Vista store in El Paso Texas. I visited the store on December 10th. I needed some assistance with an item that I asked to be ordered online since they did not have it in stock. I didn't have item number and the young lady looked quite upset about needing to look up the the item. I realize they are busy, but I didn't realize I needed to have an item number. Additionally within that same hour, I was ready to pay for another item, I could not find a cashier available. When I found one available, the cashier said I should go find another cashier. I told her I had been looking around for one. I left until I found an available one that would serve me. In fairness, she was excellent. All in all, I found the watch on an online website for $50 cheaper. I'm definitely going to think twice before inconveniencing these workers.

My daughter and I went to the make up counter to brows.. lol (punny) seriously I met the must helpful knowledgeable person who obviously loved her job. Her name was Jackie and I hope she never leaves there because from now on she is my go to girl if I have any questions about the latest make up trends and products. I’m blown away with how well everything matched me and how much I love what I bought just like she said I would .thanks Jackie ! N

Management Seems to always under staff. The sales clerks are helpful and friendly though. Waiting time to get assistance is always long.
