The staff is so cool and chilling. Everyone is so helpful and kind with great personalities. There is this guy, Charles and you just gotta meet him. You're going places Charles, great salesman.

Very rude staff and horrible customer service i have ever experienced. They sold me used shoes and when i brought them back they were unable to return them or ATLEAST exchange them because they said that i used them... so I have them show me another pair and that pair and up being used as well but they said they can still cannot return them because mine look more used but that is how they sold them to me.... obviously they do not know how to keep a clean floor or at least offer people a paper towel to step on when they are trying on shoes worst group of staff very unprofessional I will never shop at this store again.

Charles is one amazing sales man I walked in with intentions just to window shop and with his great customer service and help I walked out with a shirt that is now my favorite. He knew so much about gear and style that I will be going back to purchase my clothes at this location thank you Charles.
