This store has a fresh brand new look inside thanks to their updated remodel. The bright lighting, new flooring and floor displays makes you feel like it is the first time you have shopped at this Macy's. The first floor has home, kids and LensCrafters, looks very bright and makes it much easier for me to see the products I am trying to find. This home area always has the quality of bedding and towels that I shop for; I am a little picky and prefer high quality threading. Up on the cosmetic, jewelry, handbags, shoes and men's floor - the new lighting makes you feel like you are shopping in the daylight, making it easy to truly see the colors of their products. I always like their men's area because they have just what I am looking for in suits from Alfani, relaxed wear in surf and when I need to be fashionable INC and Calvin Klein are right next to each other. Upstairs on the 3rd floor they were just finishing up the new remodel, but it already looks like a brand new area thanks to the shiny floors and bright lights. My fashionista shopping partner, pointed out that the ladies floor transitions from one lifestyle to another almost seamlessly. Nothing like shopping INC, walking across the aisle to free people and then easily finding activewear. One of the managers was very helpful telling me where items were located to make shopping more easy and enjoyable due to the new remodel. I also noticed that if you made an online purchase for the free in store pickup, it is located in home on the 1st floor right inside the door that leads to the parking lot. Very easy to get to and has dedicated customer service. Nice work Macy's, thanks for the new store feel!

Neda in the men’s shoes department is amazing. She told me about all sorts of discounts and saving I could take advantage of. Very caring and friendly.

This was hands down the worst visit I've ever had to a Macy's department store. Trying to purchase items from a registry to have shipped along with personal items seem to be an impossible task .One woman working the register in kitchenware seemed to not know how to do the process we ended up telling her just never mind and went to another register. and once again the woman working there didn't know how to process what we were doing.

Bad customers service Manger at shoes I spent 1000 dollars for shose in one day when I try to return only one per next day she doesn't returned for me she told me damaged we can returned with box . Until I spoke with Manger stor she was so nice and she send someone with me and she returned for me . And the never asked for ID if you use Macy's card the only need make money someone use my card for 6000$ and when you call the credit never ever take it way you have to pay for froud.
