Great experience at the Southland mall store #309. We had the pleasure of meeting two fine associates (Jeff and Meaghan). They helped us track our order that was stuck in transit and it has not moved since 12/7. They assisted with our refund and price matched with another watch in the store. We also received the 3 year warranty at no extra charge with an additional Macy’s credit. They made us feel like valued customers, we truly appreciate your time and patience. U guys raised the bar !!

One bad sales associate. The older woman working the Nike dept. refused to help me find what I was looking for. Finally a sales associate from a different dept helped me find the item very quickly. The manager was also very helpful. Beware of the older lady in the Nike dept tho

Stopped at Mac a little bit of a wait. But as always I love their makeup. I went to perfume counter. Quick service and very helpful

This store is meant to be a substitute from all the other expensive stores. However, it tries to bring back old styles from years and years ago with huge price tags. It is sad that I can't use my coupons on special clearances even if a T-shirt is $30 and I want the price to be discounted. Most Macy's stores are really big and nice to explore but this one has a weird layout. I have to search what I want. Why are the dresses upstairs in the corner? I had to ask three different ladies where it is. I like the idea of each brand having its own stands and space on the floor plan, but all the clothes are mixed anyway. One time I was looking for the same blouse but in a smaller size but I had to get it in a bootlegged brand. Make it more authentic, Macy's. This is the worst part of it. Finally, when I was done shopping, I had to wait for the lady to show up at the counter to help me. I looked around the store and only one woman was helping people with their purchases. The line was long, and every one in the line only had a few things in their hands. I waited 2-3 hours and the store almost closed. Every Macy's is the same: the one in Great Lakes Mall Somerset, Westland, Southland malls, and even the one in Chicago! I think the service is the first priority to start with.

I had an idea what I wanted to buy for Christmas gifts. I immediately ran across a display filled with color and more important, sizes-nice.
