On Black Friday store clerk Donna went above and beyond to find a missing boot I had one but could not find where another had taken it. Myself and my daughter thought we had looked most every but couldn’t find it was the only one in my size. I left my number her in case they found and right before she left she really searched the store for and Found It and promptly called me .....I hope store managers and Owners read these reviews because all of the employees I encountered were wonderful , but Donna really went above... I have made many order pick ups at this location. The line for pick up and customer service is plainly marked but they do not have staff that works the pick up counter. Don't waste your time ordering on line. They misplace the orders and it takes significantly longer than just shopping for your items. Staff needs better training in all departments.

This Kohl's has a GREAT variety of goods. It's a good store. Employees always available for you,  NOT on top of you asking if they can help everywhere you turn... ANNOYING!  GREAT VALUES/SALES.

Favorite place to shop. The sales associates so friendly and ready to always help. I love this store, plus i get really get deals or awesome coupons. Keep it up kohls.

I go to khols at least twice a month . Yesterday I went with my 4 year old and my 12 year old and the person cleaning the store I think his name was Ed , is an older man very kind person ,  he was so sweet and came to my kids and was talking to them for a few minutes , just very kind person.  I wish every store had people like him. With only a few words and a smile you can make someone such a good experience!   Please let him know that I have never make a review until now. He made a difference!  Thank you Mr Ed!
