I love Macy’s! I regularly come here because it’s close to my house. They have some many options when it comes to nice dress clothes and shoes.

The worst company I've ever worked for. They accused me of stealing money from them, but wouldn't show me the footage they had of me supposedly stealing money from them. I have over 10 years of Cash handling and seldomly had shortages. I was also a Mgr for 4 years. The store is always a nasty mess. I was literally working 7 days a week. Customers weren't helped in a timely fashion, managers never to be found when needed, thrown wherever they need you even if you don't know what you're doing, never fully staffed, never has anything you want on hand. Yet you accuse ppl of stealing money. I'm not that fckn stupid! I honestly believe they were covering someone's ass and blamed me for the shyt. I quit and will never work for this company EVER AGAIN! They don't even pay that much😩

Worst customer experience at Macy's 'Shiseido skin care' booth. I was there 15 mins and while the lady was talking with other customer and she neglected me and even didn't say 'hi' or 'I'll be with you shortly'. I had to leave the place as she ignored me. I don't understand when there were several other employees in that area doing nothing and not even bothered to help me out. It look like Macy needs to train their employees with customer service. No wonder why many customers going to online shopping.

I love this place because I like the perfume and the clothes and shoes because this place came with a mall that you can visit :)
