This review is for the service I received shopping for a gift in the home goods department off a wedding registry. Kiosk was broken so an associate gave amazing customer service by printing out the registry for me and assisting me in finding the items I needed. She also gave me the cheaper online price! Macy's in general can be pricey (for example, I found the same Pyrex container at target for cheaper), however customer service made the experience worthwhile.

I like this location. Large and roomy with so many choices. Prices are good and they are alway having sales. Get a Macy's card and get an extra 20% off in addition to the already marked down price. Got some great deals today. Sales people were very nice.

I hate having to interrupt sales people and make up counter girls who are so busy talking and gossiping with each other that they can't be bothered to help customers. Multiple times last week this proved true, one of four trips had decent customer service. Frustrating to see so many employees standing around talking to each other. Especially odd when there's almost always four or five people in line to check out. "Not my job" "I can't help you with that" Avoiding this store in the future. Multiple levels featuring bad customer service.
