Great location, the self staff is Minority based. Quite capable of handling a huge workload , some of the employees lack enthusiasm and others have well rounded personalities. 

 This particular JCPenney's is run and adequately and the stores kept clean and well organized most of the aisles are clutter free and are not in disarray like many other department stores. The sales representatives here really are one-of-a-kind because they take pride in keeping the store top shape.

Very good selection of dresses all occasions. Great staff, is helpful on the floor and at the register.

I don't do my clothes shopping here but I do enjoy going downstairs to their new home section. Everything is set up like IKEA with little rooms showing you what your room could look like. It is much more pleasant to the eye to see it displayed then stacked on shelves. They vastly expanded their kitchen supplies by adding in some big name collections. They set up a couple different kitchens and I think they will be doing some demonstrations down there as well.
