I've been coming here for at least 20 years. Bought all my good jewelry here for my mom, my daughters, and myself. I would not buy anything anywhere else. The quality is great and the staff is fabulous, they always make you feel welcome. They know your style within a few minutes of describing what you want. They're all experts with gems and are knowledgeable in selling quality products. Never have to worry about purchasing any piece of jewelry as a gift, I know the person will love it and they always do! If you need a payment plan they work with you and have plenty of options from layaway to financing, and they encourage everyone to apply. I always have a happy experience whether I am coming there to buy or just to say hello.

I've been coming here since 2006. Purchased excellent pieces of jewelry here, great quality, great prices. Staff here is awesome, always welcome you with a smile and make you feel welcome. After speaking with you they know your style & what your looking for. They are keen on selling quality items. I've also had pieces custom made that are beautiful. You need to go and check out their products, you won't be sorry & I'm sure you'll find something you can't live without! Short on cash no worries, they have financing and layaway available. I've always had a great experience here, sometimes, I stop to just say HI! Thank you, Muni, Ken, & staff. ;)

Fist time buyer myself, but family has been coming for about 2 generations. Great experience, no pressure to buy anything, great customer service from Ken and his wife. 5/5 stars for quality and couster service. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful jewelry for great prices. I've bought my girlfriend a couple of pieces from here and she always loves what I get her. Wonderful staff and great service. That's why I always come back

The employee's at Gold Italia were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not pressure you. They are there to help you find whatever it is you want. My husband has bought me beautiful jewelry from there and I have been very happy with it. They make sure your items fit properly. I am very satisfied.
