One of the clerks in juniors charged me twice for something I didn’t want to buy.  She took it out of my bag but not off my receipt.  I didn’t realize it until I got home.  I’ve been trying to call and speak to someone, anyone and I have been bounced around, hung up on, places on hold for an hour, clearly forgotten about.  I just wanted to speak to someone!!!  Watch your camera, realize there was a mistake made and give me my refund!  I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back there over $28!!!!  How come nobody will answer the phone and speak to me???

Visited Macys at galleria mall today looking for a suit and dress shoes.  Received wonderful help from a very good sales lady In the delartment who helped me purchase the products. A very good experience.
