This is a nice Macy's store. Clean and well-kept shopping floor. Friendly staff. If you need something that Macy's typically sells, you'll probably find it here. Macy's prices tend to be reasonable.

Probably the classiest restroom I've ever been in. I almost didn't want to leave because it was so clean! Plus the lighting is amazing for selfies.

Giving 5 stars only coz of Miss Theresa who's a manager at men's section. She's very kind and goes out of her way to satisfy the customers. Thank you Miss Theresa for your wonderful customer service. I was very disappointed after how I was treated by manager Brenda from North park mall, and almost felt like Macy's is not my store anymore. But you have changed my mind... after all we shouldn't generalize.

The staff is so disrespectful, I called to find out if they had an item and no one was able to help me. They kept on hanging up on me and I could hear them talking to each other saying they didn't want to go look fot the item. I'm so disappointed, I thought they were more helpful... I couldn't even have one person to be nice over the phone.

The manager Andrea is an idiot and has no idea what she's doing. There was a product clearly marked as an additional 40% off but she refused to honor that price for unknown reasons. When asked why she wasn't going to honor the price multiple times she would just answer that she couldn't no help me. Would never advise anyone to spend any money in this store.
