Went in with a friend who was getting him a digital piano. We were looking around with many questions that were all answered when James showed up to help us. Very knowledgeable & wasn't afraid to make suggestions like many of the sales people these days. I've done business with this store for 3yrs now. Good people to help great prices & great promos that make it easy for up & coming musicians to get brand name gear. I'd recommend these folks to anyone anytime

Absolutely, one the most unbelievable displays of pure disrespect, poor customer service and overall disregard for what it really means to represent an organization that can't survive without customer retention and customer loyalty. On a very recent visit to this location I was literally treated as if I was attempting to return stolen goods, directly to my face. These guys apparently don't have any issues with there arrogant level of job security! My impossible journey begins with the first clerk, who immediately tells a fellow associate that I can't return my online purchase. His reason was apparently because it was boxed software, but passes me to the attention of another employee, who I believe is a member of management in the pro audio area. The very area that the item I was returning is stocked in. Already, feeling like these guys are seriously not interested in doing what Guitar Center is paying them to do... Things go from unhelpful to down right ridiculous! This guy takes my package and online packing slip, and his first reaction was examining the boxed software blatantly implying that he didn't wanna believe the box had truly never been opened. It was literally unbelievable that this guy was looking at this package as if I made it out in parking lot and was now in store demanding cash for it! The disrespect alone was grounds for his termination. Here's what I believe was an actual area manager for the very item I'm returning and he's totally giving me very biased treatment with the blatant absence of any customer service, but I remain positive. By now I've been in the store about 15 minutes and no real service yet! So, after he finally convinced himself my item was indeed new, he made his first attempt to return it, then says he was having an issue with the online return portal. Leaves me waiting for about another 10 minutes while he went into another office, to look up the return. Then he returns only to tell me that he couldn't return an unopened box of software. His first reason was it was due to a vendor agreement... Then he decides to open the online page of the item to show me that the was a non returnable item. Non of which mattered because there is an area in the actual return policy that clearly covers boxed software purchases. Why would unopened software be an exception if there was no exception available? At this point, his blatant disregard for who he is supposed to be a who I am, apparently escaped his mind! He literally asked me, why would I return an item that I had purchased before? I replied, it was none of his concern what motivates my purchase choices... And again at this point... This is just a situation that could have easily been handled properly, but this guy obviously took this opportunity to ensure the refund I came in for wasn't going to happen... And the circus builds... Other random associates all gather around in solidarity like some stupid gang, to tell me what a big deal it is to not return software. Reinforcing this notion that the type of item being returned was there entire focus and concern. I'm within 45 days... The words"unopened software" exist in there own return policy.... What other item can qualify for being unopened software, but a box of unopened software??? I waste 35 minutes to be reduced to a criminal over a return that wasn't even purchased at your location... And ultimately didn't belong to anyone there... But these guys were indeed on a mission to be blatantly disrespectful to me over a return, they had no interest in helping with... And after all of that... They end there ridiculous display customer service, by offering me the store managers card... What store manager would want to come behind this nonsense? He should seriously consider who he's leaving in charge in his absence. Never again GC 635... Y'all are a major let down to the company you represent and they are losing the life's blood of the business with your incompetency in the way. You guys are the very reason why large companies can't survive! Farewell, and get those resumes updated soon.

It's a good place to go if you want to buy a guitar or fix yours. There's also an acoustic section, bass, drum, keyboard, vintage area, and can have lessons in there as well the service is real good. They helps you out and are real nice. So yeah pretty straight forward

It was a little smaller than other guitar centers. Everything was kinda everywhere and a mess. The staff didnt really bother with us to see if we needed anything.. Idk if thats a good thing or not?

I went to this Guitar center to get my guitars set up. Alex was friendly and helpful. She explained not only what she was doing but why it was important. I appreciated the thorough and thoughtful walk through. She basically had it done the same day. I will definitely be returning to this store when I need anything else for my guitar.
