We NEEDED a new bed and between the 3 or 4 stores in the area with matresses we were set on going home with a new bed. We are so glad we went here first! We had a $600 budget. We were greeted enthusiastically by Nick. He showed us the 3 matresses in our price range (and even then only because they were on clearance). He answered all our questions and taught us a little about different materials. We told him that we needed to see if any of the other places could give us a better deal. He gave us a little info about the competitors and asked what else he could do to sell us the matress. We basically named our price. On top of an awesome deal for the bed we got the frame and a cover almost 1/2 off. Then on top of that good deal we got $50 delivery and they took our crappy old matress and box spring for free! The delivery was within the promise window and they were fast! They have a 14 day comfort guarantee but so far we seemed to have bought the right bed for us. Life changing comfort difference. We are SO thankful that Nick was working at that particular store that evening. He was a pleasure through the whole process. While we won't be neeting a new matress for a long time we will come back when we do and the company pretty much has Nick to thank :)

Sale went well, however the delivery got delayed from the day promised, and after waiting the 30 day period they required we still were not satisfied with the mattress. Called them up a couple of times to see what could be done, but each time I was asked if they could call me back...which they never did. Between the holidays and the phone games our return period expired. Oh and don't buy into the "Dual adjustable" beds. It's just two twin xl mattresses that they tell you to push together. All a big hoax.
