I went into macys to do some shopping at 750pm an at 750pm some of the lights went out. Then I asked some one what time does Macy's close an the sales person said 8 o'clock I was so mad because I had to leave an the whole mall closes at 930 so I think Macy's should have same hours. They lost a good customer !

Macy's was always a place I would go to for better merchandise,but I did give up my charge for a while....l been retired for about 5yrs...so I decided it was time to get my charge back and I was so happy I did...a sales woman named Maria helped me who works in watches...I'm so glad I met her she was very helpful and very kind it was an excellent experience...everyone was nice that I had dealings with so!!! I guess I will be going businesses with Macy's for a long time.

This Macy's is excellent. Deals and sales are all around this store. This is my priamary Macy's and it is great.

I would give a good review if it wasn't for the bad attitudes of the employees. I walked in through the cosmetic department with my two daughters and an employee comments to her coworker loud enough for my daughters and I to hear " oh god look at the tattoos on her, disgusting". I was in a rush since we were picking up a rescued dog right after or else I would have complained about her to her manager. So disrespectful.
