Went to Bob’s looking for a dining room table and found a really nice set at a great price. Ed helped us out and he was awesome. He was very patient and answered all our questions, very nice and helpful! I would definitely ask for him next time I need to visit this store, it made the shopping experience much more pleasant.

This is our second Purchase from Bob's. While we understand it is not top quality furniture, what you get is a good bang for your buck and no need to haggle for price. This great furniture for a second room, guest bedroom or in our case our son's bedroom, who will be off to college in 4 years. We worked with Ken Russell in the Wharton, NJ store and he was great.

Visited Bob's in Wharton two weeks ago to look at bedroom furniture. Solomon Nnanna was the sales associate that assisted me. He spent much time explaining the furniture I was interested in as well as the bedding options available. Returned yesterday to purchase the bedroom set as well as a living room set. Solomon spent at least 2-1/2 hours with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient...we ask lots of questions, and he able to answer them all. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase the furniture from Bob's. Having a sales associate as terrific as Solomon was the icing on the cake! Thank you for a great experience!

Wow, very professional people that actually listen to the customer. This is by far the best Bob's store I have ever shopped at. They made the whole experience smooth and not on me like I'm a piece of meat. I'm definitely recommending more people here. 👍☺

First off, the gentleman who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable of what he had to offer and sell to us. I ended up purchasing a full bedroom set with some additional pieces added in, and it was all beautiful quality (the floor models at least). As I was paying, I purchased the 'Bob's Goof Proof' for $300 or so as well as the 'White Glove Delivery Service' for $400-$600 (I forget the exact figure). Yes, an additional $700-$900. Upon delivery, the gentlemen that were delivering the furniture were rude, sweaty, and unprofessional. They placed the furniture in spots we did not ask them to place it. When I would ask them to move it to a different spot, they would make comments like 'You've got to be kidding me'. Now I'm not saying I asked them to move a piece half an inch to the right or left, but more the opposite side of them room where I had originally asked them to place it. After everything was finally placed where I wanted it, one of the gentlemen then said "So you will be contacted with a survey asking about the delivery process from today, and you will be hurting me and my family if you don't give us a score of 10. Thanks.' They then just left. After they left, I had to wipe down all of the furniture with a disinfectant due to the sweat that was dripped all over it. I get it, it was warm outside, but maybe a courtesy wipe? After the movers left and the furniture was wiped down, I noticed that half of the furniture was installed incorrectly, so I had to take 2 hours to fix the mistakes that these 'White Glove Movers' made. Now I am happy that I purchased the 'Bob's Goof Proof' as I had to call and use it after 3 days of installation. One of the drawer supports snapped right in half the second day of use. The Goof Proof 'Engineer' who came to my house to fix the problem was supposed to arrive at 1:00 PM, and called me at 12:30 saying he was at my house and will be leaving if no one is home in the next 15 minutes. I told him that he was there early and I won't be back until 1:00 PM, and he stated that is 'not my problem. I am here now to do the work and I am leaving in 15 minutes if no one is here'. I had not received a call/notification that he would be early to complete the work, which would have been sufficient. I had to rush home to greet him before he left, and I would have had to wait an additional week for someone to come out. After I got home, he did fix the problem rather quickly and I have had no more issues with that particular piece. Yesterday I called to return all of the items purchased because I have had nothing but issues with almost all of the furniture pieces. I was told that there are no returns allowed unless there is a factory defect. I purchased the items 3 months ago and I cannot return them even though there have been several defects. All in all, my experience with Bob's was very unpleasant and it is a place I will never shop at again. I will give credit where credit is due, and that is with the sales team. They were quite courteous and professional, although I didn't really like how they followed my girlfriend and I around the entire time. I understand that's how they are trained incase we may have any questions, but it just seemed a little aggressive. Other than that, they were great and very kind. Final thoughts... You get what you pay for. Furniture is cheaper for a reason, and I realized that reason within 3 days of purchase.
