If you buy anything in this Macy's location be ready for cashiers to take about 30 minutes to complete your transaction. Why? Because not all Customer Service counters where the cashiers are, have cashiers. When you do find one with a cashier, the poor cashier will fiddle around and hunt for the tag each item you're purchasing, often having to enter additional info that is not readily captured by their machines. Coupons and sales discounts will add more time as they are baffling to all including the cashiers. Finally, it's not unusual for the transaction to not complete for some reason, and the cashier will have to walk you and the items you wish to buy to another cashier location so that the transaction can be completed, or gulp! started from scratch. The lack of investment in making the purchase transaction efficient for the customers and for the Macy's cashiers is evident in every transaction. Forget about concepts such customer experience and satisfaction. They are foreign to Macy's with respect to the purchasing experience. What will the future hold for Macy's? It'll be a non-existent store in a digital world if it continues on its current trend. A crying shame!

It is ok. Disappointed if the clothing selection. I think they were getting rid of inventory by marking down the prices. Customer service was ok.

I️ Love Macys I️ have been shopping here for 55 years, introduced by my mother at 4. Someone needs to fire your customer service dept. This is your problem and no one speaks English. Did the United States move? Lol and you have “ resolution specialist” lmao Perhaps that’s the reason, bring back customer service!!!!English speaking customer service!!!!

This Macy's is really large and has an expansive selection. It was clean inside as well and has a direct connection to the parking garage. Location in Downtown Crossing is super convienient as well.

It's a Macy's. If you're looking for slightly over-priced, mass-produced clothes with a designer label you'll get on fine here.
