Kari in the bedding department is AWESOME!!!! She helped us last year, and we had to return this year for another bed we purchased somewhere else! Anyway, she completely remembered us, understood our hesitation, she wS patient and again just great!!!! Our matt rocks, is super comfy, and we are so glad we got to work with Kari again! Oh and the del. team was great as well! We have white carpet in the home, and they automatically put the “booties” on their shoes without me even having to ask!!!!

Had an excellent experience in Mens Fragrance and additionally in Fine Jewelry. As always the customer service was excellent and I could not be happier with my purchases! Name brand selections and a well organized clean store -- I'm happy to be a loyal customer.

Someone in Estee Lauder was rude while I was disinfecting a sample lipstick to try on. Then turns around and tries to be nice.

Dressing rooms were filthy!!! Gum stuck to the carpet that looked years old, looks like it hadnt been vacuumed in quite some time, the bench was dirty and gross... !!!!! Will not be back, i was thoroughly disgusted!!!!
