stations playing music simultaneously (yes literally 2 songs playing at once), men's department has litter on floor, suits lying crumpled on floor, dressing rooms dirty. Returned weeks later to see what appears to be the same debris! What happened to this store? Was once excellent, a favorite. I hope JCPenny gets some decent management and cleans the place up.

Took my kids to get their hair cut here last week and what a waste of $30! I could have done a better job myself than the 2 girls that did my boys hair cuts. They hardly cut off anything, didn't blend it in and didn't clean the outline up at all. Their hair cuts were like it was the girls first time cutting hair, like they clearly haven't graduated hair school type hair cuts. Luckily boys hair grows fast because I'm reminded of these horrible hair cuts every morning that I do their hair!

Waited for 20 minutes At the jewelry counter to pick up jewelry that I had already ordered. The lady at 1 end of the counter told me and a irritated voice that she would help me as soon as she was done helping another customer. The other lady was busy With other customers. Another lady came over to try to help but couldn't find her way into the locked cabinet where pickups work stored. I had to leave without my jewelry so I could pick up my kids from school in time. a wasted trip.

This is a very large, two storey JCPENNIES, located at Clackamas Town Center. Very large inventory of products. They have excellent sales the month before Christmas. Good floor staff were available in every department. The jewelry department had some of the best sales  have seen this year.

Love JCPenney Salon I have been getting my hair done by the most talented stylist  KATARINA D. I come in and get my hair color and cut and she always knows what i want and comes out AMAZING every time. Plus the Reception is always with a smile and greets you. The other stylist there are very Friendly So is Martian he is pleasant to talk with. Overall it is a delightful visit every time i go I leave with a smile.
