went to the Macy’s at Santa Rosa Plaza. To look for a new purse. When you’re looking for a purse you need to look inside of them ,you need to look how big they are ,how they fit to hold and so on and so forth. I asked sales clerk to unlock a purse because every purse was locked and she said no it was too high she couldn’t reach it and she was very rude when she said so .  I had to argue with her to get her to unlock the purse .  My husband and I usually shop in San Francisco , this cements the deal, we will always shop at Bloomingdale’s in San Francisco where the sales people help you and go out of their way to help you  . I was a palled on how I was treated .

Had a nice gentleman help me. But they're was a rude lady working there and treating him poorly and stuck up customers waited 35 mins just to pick up shoes I ordered online
