Great help to us. Here from Georgia and fixed our vehicle and fixed it right. Polite, patient and helping to us. I would recommend them to anyone, plus they have good knowledgeable staff that works on vehicles. Overall great experience. They even let us use a vehicle. Not many places like this. Thanks for all of your help.

I have always received great service at a fair price. I bought my last 3 sets of new tires here and won't shop anywhere else. I highly recommend Mad Hatter to take care of anyone's automotive needs!

Great service today went in for an alignment and got there before my appointment and they got it down right away for me. Also helped with a screw in my tire. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Thank you guys!

Such a horrible first experience.. after we dropped my car off to get a new tire and oil change we get a call saying my car didn't start at all.. but my car was working fine the entire day. My boyfriend asked if it could be the battery and the person on the phone said the battery is not a reason why a car wouldn't start.. how? Cause that is the first go to when anyone's car won't start.. then they said that they will tow it in the garage and diagnose the problem and get back to us. We called again and we were told that no one looked at my car at all and that "no one told them to look at it" when we were told it would be looked at a couple hours before..  we we're also told my car would be done that day cause I needed it for work in the morning and then he wanted to say that they will get to it next week.. after all this I had enough and I needed my car for work so we went there around 10:00 at night and my car started up the first time we tried... I think they just didn't want to work on it... If you didn't have time to work on my car DO NOT say it will be done that day and then give excuses to why you can't work on it...
