Original Post: As a young buyer (23) making my biggest purchase to date, I was shocked how I was treated by the employees of Gross Motors. I began working with Joe who was new to the sales team, so a little uneducated but still very pleasant to work with. I had been searching for this specific car and was excited to finally have found it! Somewhere in between deciding to purchase the car and picking up the car there was confusion on the dealerships end which resulted in the manager, Ryan, getting involved. I was SHOCKED how he treated me as a customer. Disappointingly so, because of his attitude with me over the phone, I opted not to purchase the vehicle solely on how rudely I was treated. Still looking and ready to purchase a vehicle just not thrilled how I was treated by management. Hopefully, this can be addressed. NEW POST- It took a few months for my post to be addressed but I am happy to say I was contacted directly by the owner of Gross Auto and he went above and beyond to make things right! Thank you Mr Gross for making me feel like a valued customer!

Called today as I was very interested in the 2016 Camaro Convertible on the web site. When the receptionist answered I asked to speak to someone about a used Chevrolet they have. I was then put on hold for 10 1/2 minutes. Never did get to speak to a sales associate.

Service Dept went out of their way to help keep costs down and finish in a timely, professional manner. We arrived after hours to a yellow ribbon marking the available power-pole outlet. Jon D., Rocky, and Gary were great; Jessie and Sean were rays of sunshine! Get over THAT, Sean! LoL

Big car dealership has been here a long time. If you want the car to be plated before you drive it away they can do that.
