Happy with my hair...finally! A friend recommended that I try Dana for a haircut. So, I did and I am so happy that I switched salons and stylists. She's a pro! My haircuts don't take an hour to get through like other places - in and out with a solid cut is the best. She's also done my color/highlights which turned out perfect.  I like the kitschy atmosphere of MYL - very relaxed vibe, yet busy. I'll keep coming back!!

Not customer-oriented the way most salons are. Very snippy on the phone when making an appointment. Worst of all, did not mention that their salon has two stories and is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE (no elevator). We drove 45 minutes to get there and when we walked in the person at the desk took one look at my friend on her crutches and said "Are you going to be able to get upstairs?" No, she can't do a large flight of stairs on crutches, thanks. Zero professionalism, zero communication skills, zero manners.
