I had a mani-pedi which was very nicely done. I was taken promptly at my scheduled time, and the technician was skillful and pleasant. I would go back!

My visit to Oceanova Spa was a real pleasure. I was warmly greeted and had no wait for Carolyn to do my massage. She was very knowledgable and we sat down and discussed my situation or problem. She addressed each area and took her time with me. She is a very talented therapist and she was very congenial. I will definitely go back and she will be my go to girl......Try it....you will love it!!!

In short, Carolyn gave me the greatest massage of my life. Don't think twice, just call now and book with her! I get massages pretty frequently and tend to think I know what I like in terms of pressure, key areas to hit, etc. But I have never had anyone spend as much time actually getting to know what my body needed as Carolyn did. As she started my massage, we talked about what I do each day, how I work out, how I hold my child, how much water I drink....all the little things that helped her diagnose where I really needed attention (and not just where I thought I needed it). She explained everything that she was going to do, and asked for feedback. She worked out muscle kinks that I wasn't even aware of, and explained why that would help other areas of my body. She even gave me "homework" to do that would help extend the effects of the massage ("making sure I get my money's worth", as she put it....as though somehow I wasn't already getting every last penny's worth from the awesome massage) Even if you are someone who likes to go in to a massage room and just veg out and not talk at all (which is me, most of the time) the conversation is not constant, and is absolutely integral to the overall massage. I can't recommend her enough. If I didn't live 3+ hours away I would never go to another massage therapist. And whenever I am within 60-90 mins from here I will detour to come get another massage!

This is a great experience when you want to do something for yourself! I have had several massages as well as mani-pedi's and facials. It's a great place to go before a wedding because you can be in a private room for the mani-pedi's with your friends or family and be able to talk at the same time. The whole place is very ZEN and welcoming! It is also very clean!!! They also offer products and local crafters which adds to the experience especially over the holidays when you are looking for those last minute gifts or stocking stuffers.
