The Avenue In surpassed my expectations.  The staff was absolutely the best and top notch at hospitality.  We decided stay an extra night because we had such a great time, and the staff made sure we didn't have to change rooms and went above and beyond for us. It showed how much they care for their business and the guests that stay there.  We will be back to Rehoboth, and can't imagine staying anywhere else.  While it's not the cheapest place to stay, it certainly is worth every cent, and more.  Certainly a great place! The rooms, food and great staff, everything amazing!

This is one of my favorite hotels. It is a lovely hotel with the very best service and amenities. They offer complimentary breakfast with delicious options that change daily. There is complimentary wine and cheese from 5-6 nightly and warm chocolate chip cookies compliments of the hotel every night.  The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is a short walk to the beach and there is even an open air shuttle for those who prefer to ride!  There is also direct access to the shops on Rehoboth Avenue. I highly recommend The Avenue Inn.

Loved the place. Very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the cheese and wine offered at 5:00. They have a fireplace in one of the sitting rooms and they started it for us very relaxing.

Our favorite place to stay in Rehoboth. They recently remodeled and the lobby area is gorgeous. Free breakfast, free wine and cheese, free cookies at night, great location because it's right downtown and walkable to all of the shops.

We have stayed at The Avenue numerous times and always look forward to returning. There are several reasons for this. First is the fact that The Avenue is very well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are always very clean and that is important to us. Secondly is the friendly staff. Jim. Mary, and Lou help to make our vacation a pleasurable experience. Although not located on the boardwalk The Avenue is within easy walking distance of everything that Rehoboth Beach has to offer.
