Our son got into some minor trouble in 2004.  Since that time Madera County has NEVER been able to successfully clear his record.  He's been falsely arrested because of a warrant that didn't actually exist (they had no record of it Madera, but it was in the CA Justice Dept. data base), and he's been illegally searched numerous times because of a bogus probation end date of 2050.  We've paid thousands of dollars and had numerous come-to-Jesus meetings with the probation department and we're always promised, "we'll fix it".  It's NEVER been fixed.  Time to discuss other options with our attorney.

The madera DA office has people who are getting life sentences for crimes that were done  40yrs ago. Because Tracy is bias and out to get anyone  and everyone..espically men on trail!!
She doesn't even have a heart for anyones life. She seems to be the judge not the judge in the court room!!

I had to defend myself against 9 felonies brought on by Madera District Attorneys.  They offered me 2 life sentences if I pleaded guilty.  It took me 3 months in 2012 to clear my name and have Judge Blea drop all charges.  The Madera Police Department and the Madera District Attorney's office was trying to convict an innocent man.
