It's been 3 months (October 1, 2017 we moved out) since I have moved out of the rental and I have been responding to the management company through email but it's been a month since you have responded about money owed to us from our deposit. This is very unprofessional and I do expect an email soon about this as we are now in January 2018.

I would definitely not refer this property management company to anyone.  They managed a complex I own in Fresno County, CA for a few years.  I was happy initially when the original manager James and his assistant Maria managed my property.  After James left the company, Maria tried to handle everything.  She tried to be responsive to my needs, yet some of the tenants she chose either did not stay long, would not pay or caused other problems.  After James left, the main office in Madera took over the bookkeeping for the property.  And the service I received was sub par.

Absolutely great company! Customer service was great and I had no problem whatsoever, all questions were answered. They take excellent care of my properties and till this day have not had a single problem. Going 3 years strong now.

I am not impressed with this company at all.  My husband & I spent about a week TRYING to get some info on a house for rent, but could not get anyone r Madera Management to respond to our e-mails or phone calls.  As a result we lost the chance to rent it.  In the mean time we are DESPARATELY still on the look.  As a result of their not taking care of business as they should, I would be hard pressed to give then even a one (1) star rating that they have not earned!

Very un professional they refuse to fix any problem you might encounter while a tenant...
