Worst hours of any gym I've ever been to

The facility is generally good. Many of the staff are aloof at best, rude at worst.  Twice I have personally helped other members with machines when the upstairs staff was standing right there.  They seem to be more concerned with their personal workouts and trainer clients than they are with helping us regular folks.  I think they are hired based on their exercise credentials with no regard to customer service.  They still don't have the group video thing worked out; even if the class broadcasts as scheduled (not a given), you're not likely to have any sound, and no one seems to know how to turn it on. There is no attempt to obtain customer feedback. My wife and I have completely given up on the video classes.

The front desk folks have been trained to say hello but after that you're on your own. They get three stars for the quality of their equipment and facility, quite a bit cheaper than the Club up the street although the Club has outdoor swimming and tennis.

I very seldom have anything negative to say about any business; however at this point I feel obligated to make others informed that if you are searching for the gym that has an indoor pool this one should be on the bottom of your list. Majority days of the week the pool is not available because of swim team practice. This usually lasts through the entire afternoon/evening and the management would not make any accommodations such as leaving just one free lane for the other members to use. They will simply tell you that you cannot swim and have to leave. The kids pool is only available for you if your child had signed up for personal swim lessons. This is very frustrating and a huge disappointment for our entire family. After being their members since the day they opened we are now looking at other options.

Overall a great facility with great people working there. It took them a really long time to fix the treadmill with new TV'S and most of the treadmills the volume doesn't work correctly when I plug in my headset.

The most complete gym in the area with a top notch staff.  Highly recommend.
