For anyone on the fence about what gym to go to... make it Starke Fitness!! You will not be disappointed! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym is ALWAYS clean and the equipment is top notch! They have amazing personal trainers that can help you with your fitness needs and help you reach your fitness goals. They also offer group classes, tanning, and childcare! Couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere! Love my Starke family!

I have been a member of Starke Fitness since day 1. The facility is top notch. Everything is kept very clean from the gym floor to the locker rooms. The majority of the weight equipment is Hammer Strength which has been proven to be some of the best equipment in the industry. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I absolutely love that it is a 24 hour facility!  I have met so many awesome people at Starke and I feel right at home every time I walk through those front doors. If you are thinking of joining, make the trip over and check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Been working out at Starke since the beginning of 2018. Work out 3 mornings a week with a trainer on staff. I have had a great experience. Friendly members and staff. Great location and operation hours. I can’t speak for the heavy lifters, but for a woman just trying to be healthy and get in a few workouts a week, I am more than pleased with the facility. Friends that attend the workout classes speak very highly of the instructors as well.

I have worked at several gyms and this is by far one of the best facilities in MS. The weight equipment is all top quality and very friendly environment. Open 24/7 with fully stocked towels and great locker room/sauna. In the two years I’ve been personal training here I’ve met so many great people and have made some connections that will last a lifetime. Great value, great staff, and a great place to get a workout!

Very impressed so far with this gym! Very clean, and that's a priority for this gym. I am a mom of three kids not in good shape but I feel welcome here. Working with personal trainer Bekah and she is beyond awesome! She pushes me but isn't intimidating or doesn't make me feel bad because I'm dying!!! Would highly recommend this gym! It's also nice that it is open 24 hours so if I want privacy I can go later.
