If I could give negative stars I would with no doubt, I witnessed with my own eyes preference amongst the representatives or whatever they're called. This old lady was sitting way before I even arrived there and I saw her hold her hands out to shake the representative hand and she smiled and held her hand back and they told the lady every minute that they'll be with her soon, not too long after a couple came in and I guess they were holy because they rushed to assist them while the old lady was still waiting, now idk what she was doing or maybe it took a longer time but they need to be definitely need customer service training.

Monday 3rd of July,  3pm the line has 45ppl waiting for 2 bankers at the cashier, i just dont know what to say.

Only two tellers working every time I come here. No drive through either. Takes over 25 min to do a cash deposit every day. As a store manager I'm forced to come here.
