This place is now called Fery's but it is the owner and staff. I had a horrible experience. The only good thing (and reason for the one star) is that I called on Saturday for an appointment on Sunday morning. Here are the reasons I won't go back:

1. Although there is a coupon on the website for $20-$40 off, they won't honor it. I called the day before and explained the style I wanted (large Senegalese twists) and was told the it would cost $180. When I got there, they asked for payment up front and confirmed that the price was $180. Once I pulled out the coupon Fatima/Fery stated that she couldn't take it because: 1. There was a special for the day & prices were already discounted. 2. After I contested, she said my hair was too long and too thick and that the normal price would be $200. 3. After more discussion, she explained that the shop was taken over by her sister and that because her sister is new, she didn't know the correct prices when I called the day before. Other customers had similar experiences with varying prices while I was there. 

2. It took ten hours for large Senegalese twists. I went to another shop earlier this year and got the same style. It only took 5 hrs and that's with one braider. 

3. The very next day several braids unraveled and the hair was shedding everywhere. This has to be the cheapest hair I've ever had and the braider was not as good as she should have been. 

Summary - don't waste your time or money!

This place is the worst gallery I been to. Particularly the braider, she was rude and rough. My hair looked okay when she finished but she didn't make sure she at least remove the excess water from my braids. my shirt was soak and wet. She had the nerve to tell me that she should have charged me 210 instead of 180 due to length. I will never return or recommend.

Never coming back. 2 yrs ago i would recommend this place to any and everybody. My most recent visit was the worst. BraiderS were very rude and upset because I wanted an $200 hairdo. I use to spend $250 on my Senegalese and it was well worth it. The new braiders are lazy and rude. Also the kinkalon hair they now use is very cheap and its sheds like crazy. 👎🏾
