Jennifer has built a loyal following that has stayed with her even when the original Pro Nails was destroyed by fire. Jennifer appreciates her customers and shows them her appreciation through dedication to her craft and professionalism.

I have been coming to this salon for a year exactly and it's literally hit or miss. Today will be my last time visiting. Dirty pedicure bowls. Rushed and bad pedicure. My nails came out lumpy and streaky and my nail tech was less than apologetic about her mistake. I can't keep spending hundreds of dollars with people who don't care to even listen to what a patron is asking for and providing bad service and pretending they don't see their errors. Sooo here I am on my birthday nails not done and feet not done properly. Very disappointed!

I've been to Pro Nails before and had a good experience, so thought I'd try them out again on Sat., for a pedi/mani for Easter.  Not sure what happened, but the very next day most of my polish came off my nails, and left to attend church with my nails looking wretched.  The worse part was the attitude and lack of customer service I received when I went back (on Easter) to remedy the situation. Since my faith in getting a good mani at this point was lacking, I asked the person who helped me if I could get a refund, which was quickly refused. This person  was very rude and very disrespectful and said I could wait, but she had 3 waiting and everyone else had a customer.  One would think they would want to show me and the others listening that they stand behind their work and that they would be apologetic and try to help me as quickly as possible.  That was not the case, so I was left with no choice but to file a dispute for this payment with my bank so as to get my money refunded to me. I definitely prefer not to spend my hard earned money on shoddy work and even worse customer service.  I will never go back!

Love love love them! Been going for 7 months now and love Sarah! Shes station 10 and shes the only one i allow to do my nails , feet, and brows.

I was sitting waiting on my wife and sister and I was sitting were no one was and got told to sit up front . The lady did not want me next to her a black man that has on a suit and tie I see racism is still in full affect no matter how you are dressed ppl only look at the color of your skin. Will not recommend anyone to go here they are some egg roll eating racist bastards.
