OMG I am impressed on what services I got from the detailing of my navigator. The guy that cleaned my truck did a beautiful job, I was like hellllllll to the yeahhhhh looks like when I brought it, he did a dam good job. I went some where else before here and they tried to bamboozle me like am stupid, nottttttaaa. I was driving by trying to find another spot n found this one, glad I came here. I will be coming back and send others. Please don't switch up and stay professional with the customers. Blessings

WARNING: The only "magical" thing about this place is that your car will leave in worse condition than before. 
If you are ever asked to wait inside, this is probably why:  I literally stood outside and watched as they changed my oil and oil filter. I was then asked to go inside to pay. I requested/insisted that they check the brake fluid. Turns out it needed to be filled up. I requested/insisted that they check the radiator fluid. Again, it needed to be filled up. Finally, I requested/insisted to check the tire pressure. Not surprisingly they needed to be leveled off. 
Afterwards, I got to watch in horror, as they drove my car into the carwash wrong and messed up my alignment. I am now having to pay over $200 to get it realigned. 
Even though I was enraged after what I just witnessed, I remained calm and simply paid (I just wanted this experience to be over). I was then given a receipt that showed that there were 10 other services that I paid for that did not happen at all. Yet it indicates that they were. In conclusion, this was by far the most expensive oil change I've ever had.

Taxi sign fell off car in front of mine but they didn't take any responsibility or even tell me that my car was affected. There was green paint streaks along the side of the car. When I went to tell the guys about the green paint they just stared at me blankly.They always do a terrible job vacuuming. The one thing I can say is why didn't give them one star is that the oil change service is pretty good and I feel like those guys are honest

Don't wash the mats with car. Costly and not up to the mark service. They don't clean the windshield and other Glasses properly. There is no point of you find them unclear even after paying for a car wash....

I'm so mad right now 
I been coming to this car wash for years now and all I ask for them to do is detail and I got was a hot mess.  Not only that my car is wet when I get it. But they didn'teven touch the top of my car.
