I would not recommend this place to anyone. First off it's not a hand wash "as they advertise" when people use brushes to scrub your car. Which scratches your car. I paid $35 for a VIP wash and for them to shampoo my mats. When I finish I had no mats,  they put my mats in another car then tried to give me some cheap flimsy mats that looked dry rotted. I literally got to car wash at 11:40 and I have been sitting here for over 2 hrs while they attempt to replace my mats. The manager is going to say oh go buy the mats over and come back. What? No i will not waste my gas or time to fix your mistake. Then the cashier states that she has the flu and is at work which is endangering every customer that comes in and passes her their money. Don't waste your money or time.

This is the best car wash I've been to in NYC. They take their time and do a fantastic job of detailing. 

They hit every crack and managed to get out the deep stains. Definitely coming back here. Can't recommend enough.

Not a great hand wash . They rush which is understandable seeing that there are many people behind waiting . My opinion not as great as they should be .

My "go-to" to get my car washed.  Hand wash with decent prices.  There might be a little wait, but they move fast.  They also do detailing here as well.

For a solid price at $20, the package that's given will leave your car squeaky clean and just like new. I would highly recommend this place to those who are looking for a hand car wash, BUT ALSO have the time. It seems that this location is always busy and has a line that may take an hour to get to your turn. However, the job that they do to the exterior as well as the interior of your car is just great. I couldn't even recognize my car after.
The group that works there is very friendly and will ensure that you are able to trust them with full confidence in your car.
