I've been coming here for years. The owner is always so nice and helpful for my watch battery replacement or taking a link out. And the prices are so reasonable! A local gem!

Called a few places for a watch battery. This place was closest and cheapest. They let me know they closed at 7pm and since I live 5 minutes away I rushed down, arriving by 6:30 only to find out they had bars across door and lights off. I called the number again and asked if they were open till 7 like I just called and asked not even 15 min before. The response I got was they were now closed. Won't be going back here for any repair on anything

Good and fast service. Half the price of the similar job done in CA. A bit challenging to find, you need to walk all the way in and his little shop is to the right,down the isle.

We just had our wedding bands engraved by Magic Touch and we couldn't be more pleased. We dropped them off just before they closed on a Monday, and they were ready by noon on Tuesday. Fast, affordable, and a good job. They turned out wonderfully! I plan to go back and get my engagement and wedding bands soldered together once we're married.

HORRIBLE customer service experience, Greg is the problem at Magic Touch. I never recommend anyone to do business with this company. Greg simply Can't Understand Normal Thinking.
