It is a very convenient place to stay in Vicksburg, MS. The park is just off of Rt. 61 on a nice quiet location. Don't let the business across the road fool you, it's quiet and you'll never know it's there unless you look over at it. The owner Tony, is very proactive in taking care of business. It is an older park with good sites. They are not concrete, but they are pretty flat with good drainage. The shower rooms are good, and kept up nice. The rates are reasonable. There is a WalMart right around the corner, and a Kroger near as well. It is close to the casinos, and movie theater, and plenty of restaurants around as well. The town is LOADED with historical sites, war monuments, a US Army Corps of Engineers Museum, and LOTS of Victorian era homes and buildings. Not to mention the town is also the most haunted in Mississippi. Plenty for all to do.

Easy in and out. Close to Vicksburg Battlefield, Walmart just down the road. We were there during a very cold week and they had water running to prevent freezing. He would be well advised to get campground faucets.

Our plans were to stay over night and move on, but after talking withTony about all the things to do in Vicksburg. We added another day. Great central location! We marked this RV park on our map for the further.

Turning onto the road to the RV park, we were a little worried because it doesn't look very nice. Once we got to the RV park, it's nice and well taken care off. Great dog run, friendly and helpful staff will make us come back for sure.

I am here now. Planning to stay a month. 26 to 29 nightly. Monthly, 30 amp is 450 incl. W,e,s, cable,wifi. Best price in the area. Gravel sites. Mostly level. Close but room for awning & slides. Restrooms and showers clean. Clean park. Quiet. Several long timers here...never see t&em out.
